Guinasso, Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge; Deputy Public Defender, Oregon Public Defender's Office, Salem (1991-1996)(represented indigent criminal defendants on direct appeal to Oregon appellate courts in felony, misdemeanor and parole review cases), (orally argued dozens of cases in the Oregon Court of Appeals); Private practice in Boston, Massachusetts (1987-1991)), emphasizing criminal defense, personal injury, general civil litigation and appeals.
